Radiator Covers
We fabricated and installed 200’ of custom metal radiator covers to seamlessly integrate with the existing décor and improve the aesthetic of the old radiators. These covers not only hide unsightly radiators but also add a touch of elegance to the space.
Upholstered Metal Bench
We skillfully crafted a bench from raw steel tubing, with each joint meticulously welded to ensure structural integrity. The steel frame elegantly embraces an upholstered wood seat, blending industrial ruggedness with natural comfort. This distinctive bench offers both durability and aesthetics, enhancing any space with its functional and visually appealing presence.
Tutti
Skillfully constructed and thoughtfully assembled, this unique shelving unit took shape through an intricate design of interlocking pieces. Layers of wood were meticulously joined with dowels, seamlessly forming a captivating heart-shaped structure. Expertly painted, the piece is both eye-catching and practical. This heart-shaped shelving unit beautifully balances artistry and functionality, making it an outstanding addition to this children’s shop.
Backlit Cash Wrap
We created a custom curved Corian cash wrap adorned with a stunning globe image. The globe design is elegantly backlit, serving as a captivating focal point for the retail space. This cash wrap enhances functionality while adding a touch of artistic flair to the store.
Dune
This back-painted tempered glass cash wrap features a scribed design, seamlessly integrated into the shop’s interior. Behind the cash wrap, a sleek metal wall extends along the ceiling, spanning a total length of 55 feet. This combination of materials and design elements create a cohesive and visually appealing retail environment.
Face Gym
Crafted for a beauty wellness client, our plexiglass and metal fixture combination elegantly organizes and displays cleansers, serums, toners, and more. This design seamlessly merges functionality with aesthetics, offering a practical and visually appealing solution tailored for aestheticians.
Bergdorf Goodman
We meticulously crafted and strategically arranged 30 cube sections, both horizontally and vertically, to create a dynamic display. Each cube features shelves painted in a variety of vibrant colors, skillfully enhancing and showcasing our client’s products. This lively arrangement not only highlights the merchandise but also infuses the space with visual energy.
My Suits
We expertly crafted a custom metal framework around individual screens, engineered for seamless pivot functionality. This setup allows clients to virtually visualize how a suit would complement their unique body type. Beneath the monitors, we upholstered a padded seat for both cohesion and comfort during fittings. This innovative solution enhances the fitting experience, ensuring each client receives a tailored fit with precision.
Helen Keller
The custom 3D letters meticulously installed on this wall are crafted from acrylic and feature an interpretation of Braille made with metal tubing. These letters add depth and dimension, creating a visually captivating effect that immediately draws attention. Their presence on the wall significantly enhances its aesthetic appeal and visual interest.
UVA Darden School
This beverage station showcases clean lines with painted cabinets featuring adjustable shelving. A sleek Corian countertop offers a polished surface, complemented by a custom-sized stainless steel beauty ring for discreet trash disposal.
Ansche Chesed Synagogue
For Ansche Chesed, we custom-fitted doors with unparalleled precision and craftsmanship. Some of these doors were constructed with bomb-proof materials, ensuring maximum security and durability. This project exemplifies our ability to blend unique, high-security features with aesthetic appeal, delivering doors that are both functional and visually striking.
NIST
In our workshop, we meticulously weld glass components to create a frameless glass vitrine that provides unobstructed visibility from every angle. The base, made from figured mahogany laminate, adds an elegant warmth to the design. Inside, leatherette padding ensures both protection and enhanced visual appeal for displayed items.
NOAA
Our team meticulously crafted this 8’ x 8’ custom aluminum platform for the NOAA. It features a welded and bolted aluminum frame for exceptional durability, with an aluminum grid floor ensuring stability and efficient weight distribution. This platform meets stringent code requirements and is tailored to suit NOAA’s unique specifications and applications.
Navy
We meticulously machined a custom post and rope stanchion in the shape of a metal missile for the US Navy. Starting with solid steel, we used a lathe to craft the distinctive missile shape. To enhance durability, we applied copper plating for a smooth finish and added a nickel chrome plate to match the surrounding area. This custom stanchion seamlessly combines aesthetics, functionality, and corrosion resistance, ensuring both visual appeal and long-lasting performance.
DFIN
This striking 15-foot reception desk combines functionality with aesthetics. Its durable Corian top ensures practicality, while the wood-look laminate base offers a blend of style and usability. Personalized “DFIN” letters, crafted with our CNC router, add a unique brand identity. Additionally, the backlit front base creates an inviting ambiance, making it a standout feature in the space.
Warner Bros Music
Our client requested a unique hallway design, which showcases a 30-foot curved wall adorned with precisely 150 individual oak slats. Each slat was meticulously stained and then manually installed into its own groove, resulting in stunning and bespoke feature that enhances the space with warmth and character.
Stonehill
For Stonehill, we designed and installed a custom perimeter wood trim on the ceiling in a rectangular shape. The trim was expertly color-matched to complement the light fixtures, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space. This project showcases our attention to detail and our commitment to creating cohesive, visually appealing interiors tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
Tervis
For Tervis, we crafted custom wall display towers for their office waiting area. These towers elegantly showcase Tervis’ past and current tumbler products, providing a visually engaging and informative display. This project highlights our ability to create unique solutions that enhance brand presentation and add a professional touch to corporate spaces.
Rockrose
We meticulously designed and installed a custom indoor play area for children. It includes a charming turret with bead board-clad exterior and child-friendly lookout windows. Adjacent to the turret, there’s an inviting slide, a chalkboard wall for creative play, and a concealed ball pit behind textured beadboard.
L’Avenue
We designed and built a custom pastry display case for Parisian pastries, combining polished brass and glass. Soft interior lighting highlights the glass, creating an inviting ambiance. Our team meticulously machined and polished the brass components. The display features an antique glass base with two functional drawers, showcasing our dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Virgin Atlantic
Our client entrusted us with the task of crafting a truly distinctive environment. This exceptional installation featured 50,000 precisely cut MDF pieces, each meticulously painted with a captivating pearlized finish. Prior to installation, each piece received an individual number, and the sequentially numbered components were seamlessly connected using dowels, resulting in a one-of-a-king creation.
Jack’s Coffee Shop
VMI combines form and function in this integrated merchandising unit and refrigeration case. The outer casing features vintage oak wood stained to highlight its natural grain, complemented by a polished quartz countertop. Metal and glass elements enhance the refrigerator’s aesthetics, while inside, Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) ensures lightweight insulation and temperature consistency.
Mekanism
We created a unique steel tubing bar, replacing traditional wooden cabinets for an industrial aesthetic. Crafted in-house, the shelving framework is durable and stylish with welded wire mesh panels, transparent glass backs and shelves for storage and display, elegant glass front doors with locks, and a powder-coated black steel finish for an industrial look.
Dylan’s Candy Shop
Our client commissioned a bespoke 48” x 96” laminate featuring vibrant, multi-colored stripes. This custom design serves as a powerful brand expression, seamlessly integrated into their cashwrap, back island, and cart. The laminate not only enhances aesthetics but also reinforces their brand identity throughout their retail space.
Leather Wrapped Cabinets
This cabinet boasts a one-of-a-kind design, featuring a luxurious leather wrap that extends seamlessly to the rear. Black-stained oak accents complement this refined look, creating a harmonious blend of materials. This unique cabinet combines aesthetics and functionality, making it a standout piece in any space.
